Guess how much power i'll make 13psi on the gt28rs

upped the boost again on the gt28rs from 11psi to 13psi...

car feels freaking rediculous... i love it =)

2nd gear at 4k it pulls hard, then once it hits 5-5.5 k it get a another surge of power and the jus car torque steers and takes off. scared the s*** out of me at first time it happened. man i love having some topend power for a change.

on a wet road i lose traction in 3rd if i punch it.

anyone wanna guess how much power im puttin down??? edit: i'll be puttin it on a dynojet wednesday.

man i love my car =)

scheduled a dyno for wednesday at a local shop, Philly Dyno Works... 4 runs for $65 bux w/ afr.

they use a dynojet so i won't get a good comparison w/ my old setup but oh well.
 
That is F__kin awesome im installint the GT28RS Next week and MPI Tuner in a 1 month so hopefully my car feels sick ...

you should p&p the intake manifold/remove vtcs, and you'll utilize that power surge, where you feel that hard kick at 5k rpm, all the time instead of just at and after 5k

CustomMSP has been tellin me to do the same thing but i'v been a lazy bum haha... maybe i'll be more encouraged to do it now that it feels like spring =)
 
I bet you'll be in the 260-275 range. Post the dyno when you get it. Can't wait to see it. Your motor will be fine.
 
your motor will not be fine, without engine management my bet is on blowing it on the dyo, its just a matter of time before its toast

I have that same surge and my car pulls to the left. But I just got the new mani a few days ago with the vtcs removed. Got to put it in and get retuned.:) Wait I should get it P&P before hand. Anyone know about a good shop in South florida.
 
The dyno at high psi has been the killing field for many an MSP. Just watch out for the white smoke out the back no matter how good you think the engine sounds. I will pray for you....good luck.

And JOMO, there are a few good shops in South Florida. Call TBK Performance if you live near the Doral area in Miami. But he's on vacation right now and will be back in a few days.
