RallyCar in a half-pipe

bs for sure. it is highly unlikely that a ramp could hold up to the weight of a car even if it is lightened. If ytou guys cant recognize the cgi in the third link then i dont know what to say.

Yeah - definitely looks like some cgi going on there in the third link (and WTH with all the fish? lol!) The second looks relatively legit ... but - turns out the stunts are a blend of real + cgi in one great ad campaign from Nissan: Here we go (I concede to BS :D):

Guys, are you kidding me? It's painfully obvious it's fake. I'm sure the bit in the second vid where he is actually driving up to the ramp is real, but the rest? Come on now.

Im convinced its fake. You can obviously tell its animated. Look at the lighting and shading on the cars, then the most obvious look at the motion in the air, its not smooth like in real life.

Aside from the fact that so many laws of physics are being violated in those clips, especially in #2 and #3. Duh lol

Its fake - Watch the vids on the hosted site - Its a marketing ploy to sell shirts and stickers, a brand name. I guarantee you Activision or some other developer will buy the rights for $$$ and make it into a video game. Needless to say there doing a great job promoting and marketing it.

dude, this s*** is real...why won;t you believe it?

its the beating of the fish against the driver that makes me question the whole thing - maybe I just don't fully understand the culture (uhm)

You people are nubs. It's so obviously real. About as real as a supercharged Protege...zing!

lol I'd like to figure out the force required to fling a car up in the air like that, and what the speed of the car needs to be when it hits the curve. My guess is it'd take no less than a feather light car and some rocket thrusters.
