Hi,
I just brought mine to Finland, so I got some answers based on own experience...
1. radio:
This is so far the only commercially available solution that came accross to me. I haven't tested/ordered it, so no practical experience, sorry.

Terve Willie,
We can help you with the radio problem. But we have no solutions for Mazda
nav. problems neither do we have any knowledge of the system, sorry.
The price for the radio converter (1) is 179 EUR. It comes with standard
antenna cables. You may have to find your own converter cables in your
local radio shop. Please check links below for more information.

According to some sources, in the old times, people did do some mods in their TV's and radios to be able to listen international broadcasts. These mods were based in some oscillator circuits. I didn't have change to dig in that deep to be able to provide you the diagram, maybe some day.
2. rear fog light
You have several options:
a) switch the driver's side reverse light bulb to red (led?) and wire it through separate switch. (not necessarily accepted by all the inspection authorities)
b) purchase the Euro CX-7 rear fog set through European dealer or look for wrecked vehicle to get it. Requires separates switch.
c) install some other RFL set-up. My personal project to substitute the current "cheap solution" is this: Dectane NSLP01LABC

3. front blinkers/parking lights
once again few options:
a) leave the current bulbs (works as blinker) and wire new bulbs (whole through reflector or separate leds in fog light area) for parking lights. I personally installed these next to the front fog lights:

This was the smallest led I found after looking around for some time, price ~11EUR/ea.
b) purchase OEM blinker/parking lights from Euro-Mazda dealer (is more expensive option)
4. Side blinkers/repeaters
In Europe, you'll need these as well. I have the mirrors, but here in this forum is also a nice solution:
