Radiator Problem 4th One I've Gone Thru !

Hey folks I have been thru 3 radiators within 1 year, this is my 4th one that broke! What am I doing wrong?
All the radiators are from autozone or from the gas station shop. I had the gas station shop replace them about 2 times which should have included to change the thermostat.
I also have a overflow reservoir.

Every morning before I drive, I open up the radiator cap and check to see if there is coolant inside, I generally add coolant if it "looks" dry.
Sometimes after driving the coolant reservoir is full and excretes out the coolant. (Concerned people are like your radiator is leaking)
I am irritated because its $120 for every radiator!

Should I top off the radiator filled to the cap?
Should I buy a performance radiator? If so which one?

If it's an MSP, the N/A radiator is insufficient for cooling. Get the correct radiator to begin with. Also, has the cap been replaced at any point through this process? And how are they "breaking?" $120 each time? Why have you not warranty exchanged it?!?

I used the warranty once to get the 2nd radiator, I went to the shop and they had like a 60 day warranty thing, you know these gas station shops.
So as usual the bottom tray of the radiator has coolant on it and is spraying from one of the vertical lines of the radiator onto the exhaust manifold.

And yes each radiator comes with a new cap, I guess the radiator can't support the heat/pressure?

If you're using a regular Protg radiator, what fans are you using?

I am using some OEM lookin like or off brand fans...nothing special, they are zip tied to the radiator going thru the radiator fins...

I'm assuming that you have a FMIC?

Get an aftermarket radiator or the OE MSP radiator. Trust me. I tried the N/A radiator and it couldn't cut it. Get a Mishimoto. That'll be the most cost-effective, aftermarket radiator and is of good quality.

Amazon or eBay. I'd skip the other two. It runs $255.

I agree with this post, I myself have a mishimoto radiator and I bought it off ebay. The radiator is pretty well built, and the plus with owning a mishimoto is that it also comes with lifetime warranty!

Wait are you saying the hose is leaking coolant?
