As of right now, I think thats a yes. I've been told by the body shop that they consider it a "total loss". Now I have to wait for the paperwork to go through them and the insurance agency to get everything paid for. Then, I get to start all over again.

Which begs the question, which car for me to envy will you purchase next? lol. You've already owned two cars I would be likely to give my left nut for.
