question for spooling

Well I don't need to be Spoolin to say that it completely depends....
Perhaps if you list all the the different parts as in what sort of turbo they are planning on using, the design of the manifold, will it have an intercooler and if so what type...what sort of engine management. I mean you can make a ghetto turbo for super cheap if you don't care about quality...in which case 2800 US would be a ripoff....give Spoolin some more info.

Yup Big Blue is correct.
Regardless 2800 dollars is an excellent price, but make sure the shop is reputable and look at some of thier past work. I know that this price will definetly not include any engine managment, so you are resticted to a low boost setup. If you can post a detailed list of all the parts involved and I can give you my educated opinion on the matter.
Also again do lots of research on this shop because 2800 sounds very suspicous for a shop especially when a average turbo kit runs 3500 uninstalled(i.e. drag, revhard ect.)
