Question for my Miami peeps. Machine shops

I'm up in N. Miami Beach and need my cyl head rebuild. Need a good shop within the Miami-Ft. Lauderdale area that is willing to talk and explain things. I'd like to get a p and p and 3-5 angle valve job while it's out too. I've head that should run around $350+ but that's just what one member said so maybe some others can chime in at what I should expect to pay as not to get over charged. THANKSTHANKSTHANKS
