Question about tail lights

Hello.. I was looking at getting a Mazda3 GX but noticed that there are two types of tail lights.. on the GX would it come with the plain red ones or the euro style black ones? I'm hoping to get the black lights, would I have to go up in model to get those?

GX comes with red ones. Only the GT with GFX gets black ones.
