I can't speak for that specific car or that specific dealer, but $19,700 seems a little steep for a Sport with almost 40k on the odometer. I picked up my GT from a dealer last September with less than 27k for under $18,000.
I bought my 07 sport MS6 in July of 08 with 11,000 miles for $19,000 so I would look around.....I actually got it near the cities in MN. Great place to look for a MS6 ...when I was looking it seemed like they had tons of them around.
