Question about Corksport DP?

Hey guys I'm kinda new to this forum so excuse me if I ask a question that has already been answered. I would like to know if anyone has had any fitment issues with the corksport DP and TP or any CEL's from the DP/TP combo. Basically I am looking to do a DP/TP combo and want the best one as far as fitment and performance without throwing CEL's. Corksport includes what they call a CEL reset tool but I am not quite sure what that is. I hope some one who has this combo can shed some light for me. Thanks in advance.

No fitment issues. CEL would come from the CS DP alone. Not with a combo of TP and DP. CEL's with this DP are hit and miss. It comes with what they call an O2 extender (or spark plug nonfouler). It moves the secondary O2 sensor out of the exhaust stream. It is suppose to trick the O2 sensor by letting it get less exhaust to read so the mixture won't be as rich. But sometimes you'll get a P0139 cel code. The hole size in the O2 extender can play a hand at not getting the cel code. If you are getting it new. It should be fine. If you get a cel, contact CS and see what they can advise to you.

As I've said, some get a cel. Some don't. Mine was random. I just sold my CS dp/tp. It's a very nice unit. Very easy to install once you remove the factory downpipe. That was the hardest part. I have somewhat of an install write up on another mazda forum. But I can't post links on this website. They don't let you. Even in PM form. Hope this helps.
