Question about AEM WB O2 sensor?

Im planning on getting the AEM WBO2, and Im wondering where I should put this sensor at. I have a mil eliminator on my o2 sensor on the catless downpipe, so does this mean I could just remove that sensor (hang it somewhere in the engine bay) and put the WBO2 in its place? Will this give me a CEL? or does the mil eliminator permanitly trick the O2 sensor in thinking there is a cat there even if its not even hooked into the downpipe.

Scroll down to what livelyjay told me to do (last post on the thread). I did this and it seems to have worked so far. The problem is, I haven't even really driven the car yet to see, just started it a few times (no CEL at all, when at first w/out the solution, I got one). Other Subie and Evo forums have examples of this working for them.
A friend of mine welded the bung right at the bend in my catless DP, right after the Calloway elbow off the turbo for the AEM WB.
