I would return it. I just got a 21 cpo GT premium with 16k miles a few weeks ago, paid 26. I would not have paid that for a higher mileage used non certified cx-5. You might have a cracked cylinder head? Skyactiv G non-turbo can have this issue. Being as high as you paid with no Mazda certification, I would return that car asap.
