Got my new Mazda 5 at home!
Long time Honda/Toyota owner, now a Mazda owner.
Took advantage of the cash incentive deal for the 2008 models and was lucky, thanks to my wife, to find a silver GS model still available. These cars were selling like hot cakes! Only thing I have added to the existing package was fabric protection, rear bumper guard and mats. Definitely need to get a rack for my road bike and sea-kayak in near future (getting great info from this forum). Many reason for choosing this model, van like features but still small and great on gas. Room for my ever growing kids esp. my 14 year old 6'2" son and just a great pkg. as a whole.
Update!
Just drove my car home (mind you I drove it like a little old lady on a Sunday) and just love it. Things I had decided now that I have it.
1) a hood deflector which I had ordered at cost from the salesman
2) I do have the fabric protection as mentioned above, should I get the rust and paint protection? And if so from the dealer or from another reliable shop? I'm sure I can still get the protection deal from the dealer.
