hi all,

just wanted to introduce myself to the group...

i just picked up my new Black Protege5 yesterday, fully loaded. I'm very happy so far and can't wait to drive it more...

so far so good... haven't gotten to play with it too much. got it yesterday at like 4:00, and today i'm working all day, so it's just sitting out there waiting to be driven... i'm debating whether or not i want to keep or remove the roof racks. i haven't decided how much i like them yet.

That's what you think. Wait'll you get to know us...

All you need is to post a thread that has already been discussed in detail without using the SEARCH OPTION. You will get ripped but it's all in fun. Glad you are here

noway868, Welcome to our happy little corner of the net. There is a BIG fridge in the corner with just about anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGEALLY have. :{D

make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

Welcome!! :{D

ahhh lets see......just send me a short shifter with bushings and an extra set of bushings and we will call it even for UNLIMITED use of the welcome... :{D

;)

so i spent my first day today with my vehicle. Started by removing the roof racks and enjoying the cruise with the windows down and the sunroof open, without all the wind noise. Then took a drive down to New Hope, PA. (I'm from Jersey.) Got to test it out on the highway, fool around with the sports shifter, take it around some nice curves, and had a bit of a race with a SAAB. I kept up with him for awhile, before i realized i wasn't in the mood for getting a ticket, so i slowed up.

oh, and by the way... don't you all love the amber dash lights at night? pretty sweet...
