ive been dealing with PG for awhile and ken miller has always been more than willing to go above and beyond for me, but i've been trying to contact him recently about another continuing problem and he has stopped email communication.. Anybody here have the same thing happen? perhaps out of town? Anyone know?
 
not sure but he was supposed to send me a timing belt a while back and didnt...
havent talked to him or got a reply to my PM so i just gave up
 
I ordered a set of msp pedals and he took forever to send them like 2 weeks then he emailed me saying that he got them from the mazdaspeed dealership and thats why it took so long cause he ran out. THEN next year(2010) the money was removed from my mom's checking's account(a Christmas gift) and STILL NO PEDAL SET RAGEEEE
 
he has posted an engine for sale in the msp marketplace today, so i would assume he is not out of town.......
 
If you bought from the site there are others tht can assist you, but if you didn't then you just have to wait or Ken toplay catch up. It seams to be that way for te past year.
 
cool thanks, I had purchased the full mount set and i got only a partial sent to me.. So Ive been talking to him and he said the other would get into the mail asap. funny thing is the one mount im missing is the one in worst condition on my car (passenger side mount)

guess ill just be more patient! (even though its been like 3-5 weeks and i need the mount!) :P

Good luck with the passenger side mount. Im going on 5 months now trying to get one of those. No end in sight yet :(
 
weird, I have had nothing but good things the few times I ordered from protegegarage....

i too am waiting on some awr inserts.. i recieved one side.. according to ken, they are on backorder, or not made yet
 
I'm just thankful that I decided to call and confirm availability before placing my order online. Got leery after a few days and with no one answering their phone.

Your post was probably deleted because Ken's a major sponsor on this forum. My gripe about their terrible customer service got deleted too, as I'm sure this one will.

It was more than likely deleted by ken himself as it was posted in the PG section which he controls. As I understand it Ken deletes such posts when he feels they are resolved. I neither endorse nor criticize this action...
