Protege5 vs. Mille Milgia Action Rims

I have come across a private seller that has a set of all black Mille Milgia Action rims with a 5x114 lug pattern. The seller is not sure of the offset so I am not sure if I should invest in them and end up with RIMS I cannot use. I currently have 205/40/17 tires that I intend to use with these rims.

The rims are coming off of a 92' Prelude.

Any of you wheel tire guru's please supply me with some insite.

Thanks,
Grey

if they are coming off a Honda-- then I would suspect they are +40 offset and that wont work properly for the P5.
Most all rims have the offset stamped on the back of the wheel--

Here are some pictures

look on the back to find the offset -- it will be stamped on the lip some where or in the center by the lug holes--

Ive told the seller to check the stamp on the inside of the rim, untill them.

The seller checked the print on the inside and said it is ET31. Does anyone know what this equates equates to in American standards? The manufacturer is in Italy.

Thanks,
