96,5000 on my '02.5. I had 73,000 when I bought it in April '06.
75K on a 2002? Wow you really don't drive anywhere. I have 132K on a 2003
I really think the h/i/e and UDP help out a lot with gas mileage if you drive right, and help out a lot when you wanna punch it, so its a win/win![]()
lol 51 on an '03
In all honesty unless the looks of the p5 turn you on that much more than any other 4 banger in its price range i wouldnt go for it. I mean gas mileage is subpar for a 4 banger like this. My friends corolla s makes just as much power and gets at least 5 more miles to the gallon than me.
Boring Corolla that is a grandma's car vs a Protege5 that is sporty. Hmmmm. Protege5 ftw.
I'll be rolling 40k by the end of this week - 2003.5 Protege5 bought new April 2003I'm averaging about 8600 miles per year!
I get about 310 on a tank of gas in mostly city driving and only have to fill up once every two weeks. Haven't been on any trips longer than 250 miles, but I'm certain you can see 425+ highway miles on a tank with no problem.
wow I have about the same miles on the car! But i typically get around 100 miles per quarter tank...
I put the CAI and RB catback to moderate use, so I'm probably not driving with 100% economy in mind. That and my driving is about 80% city (6 mile commute = 30-45 minutes) I occasionally stretch her legs out on the weekends and of course I get much better mileage on the hwy.
