prosport egt gauge

anyone know if this gauge taps into your o2 sensor or if it uses a probe. i only ask because a buddy of mine is hooked on it tapping and reading off your o2 sensor. and on that note is there any egt gauges that use an existing o2 sensor at all? i've never heard of the idea at all.

your buddy is wrong. the prosport egt comes with k type probe.accoding to their instruction /manual i read. I just ordered one also.
