Proper Vacuum line routing for Boost Gauge install

So wheres the best source.. Im hooking up my DEFI gauge and I keep seeing posts where its hooked into the BOV line but does that line go to the Manifold? Or to the Throttle body.. The instructions say hook it into the Fuel pressure regulator line. I was like WTF.

Also is it normal for a gauge not to be at 0 when its not hooked up.. I just noticed this my DEFI gauge is reading like -3 or something like that right below 0.. Is that normal for an electrical gauge?

There's a black vacuum line connected to the top nipple of the BPV ... you'll have to T into that ... ignore those instructions about the fuel line.

My Prosport read -1 with the car off but -3 sounds excessive ... may not be properly calibrated.

OK.. Yea I thought that sounded excessive. But its electronic so I dont know if it will register back at 0 if it gets power etc? Oh well I will hook it up and see.
