I had free airline tickets to hawaii in october.. those got cancelled.. so i'm looking for an alternative.. the problem is that the caribbean is sooo rainy then..

Not raining 90% of the time
Cheap airfare

Miami is beautiful...but REALLY expensive...

Tampa/Clearwater is much more affordable and in October the weather is perfect!

I suggest Tampa/Clearwater.
