Problems

I know I have the Body Vibration @ cruise speed ( it's where the car vibrates at or around 55mph ), and the front brake squeek at low speeds/cold temperature problems. I checked out the TSB(I havent got a clue what that stands for ) and I noticed that they're listed in there. Now before I go to the hellish dealership to have them repair these things, am I going to be charged for this service/parts since it seems to be such a noticeable problem with other cars or is it a free service, as in is it a recall?? Also I'm getting a clicking noise when I'm switching from park to reverse gear when its been sitting around awhile/cold, but the TSB says its only for the 04/05 models.

I have an 2006 3i (35,xxx miles on it now) that I purchased back in December of 05

Also, I have switched over to hawk pads in the rear, but the fronts are stock and still have plenty of life left on them, will this effect me somehow on trying to get them to fix the front brake squeek?

as far as i know TSBs are done without charge and without regard for wawrranty. they're basically the same as recalls but aren't safety related so they aren't issued as recalls. warranty is til 36k, right? if you're having a problem with reverse better get it checked out before then since the TSB doesn't apply

sweet, thank you for replying good sir! i wish my tranny problem was apart of the tsb's, i hope it dont blow out on me. anyway, im due up for the tranny flush, so maybe that'll get rid of it. i took a look at my VIN and noticed that i dont qualify for the front brake squeel, but im going to try anyway no harm in it right?

i wouldn't worry about the brake squeal, it's probably just brake dust. but since you're still under warranty might as well have them look at it

btw TSB stands for Technical Service Bulletin. I would try to get them to take a look at whatever you can get them to, lol.
