Hi everyone, I'm the proud owner of a '93 MPV 4x4 and it's been running well, but there is one technical problem that I'd like to find a solution for. When I first bought it last year, the motor on the transfer case that switches it in/out of 4WD wasn't able to work, because it was misaligned, and so I had that fixed at a local Mazda dealer.
However, about a month later, the 4WD mysteriously started comng on spontaneously when driving in 2WD for a couple minutes, and when it does, it beeps about 30 times. This I believe is indicative of an electronic problem, but even the Mazda Dealer doesn't know what the problem is caused by. If anyone has any knowledge of this issue, I would be happy to hear it.
