Problem w/ Paint On Driver's Side... Suggestions Needed!!!

There are little yellow stains on the driver's side rub strips (the plastic door protector thingies). I have tried washing them repeatedly, using Bug & Tar Remover, rewashing it, waxing, and hella buffing. They are still there! I don't know if the dealer would do anything about it, even though the car is only 7 weeks old... Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

use a claybar to take it out

have no clue what that could be, but take it to the dealership.....its still under warranty....by the way....received 2 recall notices yesterday....one for the brake reservoir, and the other for the check engine light going off...

I received 2 as well, but I got one for the brake reservoir & the other for the fog lights.
