Prices on tinting windows

Just trying to get an idea of what everyone payed to have their windows tinted. If you got a hook up, don't post it cause I can't get one. (protest) So, post how much it cost to get your windows tinted, and whether or not you got the strip on the windshield. The cheapest quote I got with the strip was $165.

A lot of the fluctuation in pricing is from the quality of material used. The stuff I planned on using had a lifetime warranty, Solargard, $185. I got quotes anywhere from $130 - $225.

I did. It costed me like 10 bucks for the tint from discount auto parts. No strip.

yea i'd say the same but the tint companies here don't have what I want and I doubt have interest in buying it retail

I meant 50%. Lol, my bad. My friend has 50 on his windshield and I have no problem driving in his car at night. It's a little dark, but that's where those badass mazda headlights come in

250$ Canadian +15% tax for a total of 287.50$ for lifetime warranty no strip.
35% all around
Probably cheaper for me to hop over the border and get it done there.

Did mine last week at a local tint shop for $200 with a strip. 3 years warranty on labor, lifetime warranty on Llumar tint. 35% in the front, 20% in the back.

YelPro03: A "strip" refers to a 4" strip of tint that people usually have installed along the top of their front windshields to help with glare when driving. Makes a big difference if you ask me. Don't have to keep pulling down my darn sunshade and adjusting it all the time.
