Well, we're kind of down to the wire here. At this point it looks like we only have four members who are definitely going to show and a few others who might. Should we cancel or do we want to go ahead and have it and hope for the best? I'm game either way, but I need to know what the plan is by this evening because I don't want to go out and buy a grill, charcoal and such and then end up having to cancel tomorrow morning or something.

BTW Chris, if we do end up having to cancel we can figure out a time and place tomorrow to meet up so I can get the money to you.

Interesting forecast for tomorrow. No rain (supposedly) but partly cloudy with 77 degree temps. Actually sounds kind of nice. It was a little hot out there last time with all that direct sunlight.

Ok, Mike and I have been beating the bushes, so you all probably have heard from us on the phone or have a voice mail waiting. lol. Anyhow, tomorrow is a go. 11:00 in the AM @ Waipio Park. Hopefully the same spot we had the last BBQ. If we have to use a different spot, we'll let everyone know. Ok, I'll see you all tomorrow.

Burgers
Hot Dogs
Buns
Condiments
Radio

If I'm missing anything let me know. Things are coming together, but we're gonna need paper plates, plastic knives, forks and such. So if anyone who isn't bringing anything sees this it would be a big help.

Well, I think the reason we ended up having it so early is beause of the fact quite a few people had other things they needed to attend later in the evening. Hopefully the timing will work out for everyone and we won't end up having to fight anyone for a spot in the park. lol.
