OK ALL LISTEN UP
We have finally tuned the beast for the first time with the new fuel and timing maps for boost. We have some issues.
Not that pertain to the kit in regards to problems but we learned how well the motor can process the aircharge along with the intercooler we designed and a HUGE compressor whell and housing. She spools UP REAL FAST. SHE HOLDS boost really well. The problem is that the density of the aircharge at 8psi with this monster is similar to about 13psi on a smaller t3 compressor. With the stock fuel pump and injectors she runs lean at around 9-10 psi. fine around 5-6 but she cant take more than that.
AGAIN THIS IS ONLY WITH MY SETUP. DO NOT CONFUSE THIS WITH ANY KIT OUT THERE OR MINE.
At the rate of 6-8psi from the turbo we are not getting enough fuel pressure to the injectors to increase the enrichment needed to run more boost. She was only at about 50 psi fuel pressure at 8psi boost. THATS BAD. So we are going to install a rising rate regulator in line to increase fuel pressure ONLY. Then the piggyback will controll the duty cycle of the injectors thru feedback we get thruA/F ratio reading on the O2 sensor circuit.
Any way she runs really strong and we have alot more tuning to go. So with that being said the fuel maps we are making for the kits will HAVE to vary. We are going to tune Joe p's MSP so we can set fuel and timing maps. This along with micah's and a few other MP3's and P5's will also be tuned so we can have maps for everyone. Including the right maps for the kits.
Now PLEASE if your interested in a kit there are three stages. We will revise theses kits today.
I am posting it in my thread i started last week on the structure of the kits.

All the info you need please post there. I will update it today with the specifics that will be in each kit . Stage three will be an all out race motor and trans drop in. I did not mention too much on it yet but that particular kit will have a motor, trans, and turbo with complete exhaust able to handle over 550 HP. It will be a drop in unit. In other words you take out your motor and trans and you drop in what we give you. It will be a turn key operation.

Thanks for your time and please check out the other thread some time tonight once i get a chance to revise it.
