Wow, did you go to see Dredg at some club called Howlin' Wolf in New Orleans? I drove to New Orleans (about an hour away from my house) to see that show, but you had to be 18 to get in and my friend with me was only like 17, so we just screwed around Bourbon Street. :) But as for the engine room, I think it was sparta, but that doesn't sound right.
i saw em at the house of blues in new orleans

WOW, i didn't think anyone else except me listens to deathcab while in the car. I listen to their Transatlanticism CD in my car whenever i'm done skating, work, or stuck in traffic. Soo mellow, i like it.
Going to go see them tomorrow in Austin! (rockon)

Artist in the ambulance is one of my favorite songs of all time. The beginning is like... :)

Umm...

I like; The Doors, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, AC/DC, DMB, Dispatch, Robert Randolph & The Family Band, OAR.

Pretty much anything with a good tune to it.

Back in the day I use to listen to Slayer, Pantera, Mega Death, Coal Chamber... I think I listened to that stuff because it really pissed off my parents.

I downloaded a few Thrice songs and I kinda like them.

(headbang)

ya thrice rocks...but their best album is First Impressions...it was a $5 cd that they made when we were in highschool and i helped them sell it at their oldschool concerts and local churches and the local venues

thrice is alright, i'm not into that mall metal socal stuff..their guitarist is brilliant however. They'd be great sans the vocals. Glassjaw eh? Daryl is amazing. I've had the pleasure of meeting him several times. His sideproject head automatica is also sick. Favorite song..hm..sweet adeline by elliott smith.

yeah...i've hung out will all of gj quite a few times myself. head automatica rocks too...only daryl could pull of something so close to being cheesy music...seriously...this first time i heard brooklyn is burning i started giggling to myself, but somehow daryl does it. ahh...such good stuff...

ooh ooh...hed pe rocks! broke is an awesome album...the first one is good too...not so much a fan of the newest one though. they lost that whole dirty, funny, rap over hard rock thing. they kinda pussed out.
