Quick bumper release i think. Seen that before on the black with camo fenders protege

Yeah, they make it easier to remove the bumper when the car is that low. It's a huge PITA to get under there if you take your bumper off pretty regularly. Plus they can pull in the bumper some and reduce any gaps you might have.

this is the reason i ask. though really thinking about it i doubt a millenia would look good with those on it.

lol... lowered, rx8 wheels, some nice spacers to fill in gap and quick bumper release still doesnt look right in my head... to photochop it is.
