You can wetsand/polish that off...

Be careful and if need be, re-clear and wet sand again.

if its a hand pinstripe, it should be on top of the clear.... i thought, so if you just use high grit, and compound it and polish it it should just take the clear down a little, but still leave enough so as not needing to re-clear
