Been here, done this many times. If you're not awesome at PS and able to make your picture magazine quality, then most of the time you'll get overlooked.

nk2a, by the way, your latest pic is my desktop at work. One day my Spicy will be as epic as yours.
That's what I plan on doing soon, I need to replace the studs first though.

here's an oldie...went back the other day for some new shots at this location and its being torn up...some buildings are being built on it...sort of bummed, not that many free lots available like this in SF...
