Man I'm out of the loop, but if I were around for when you guys were hating on the chromed out MS6, I'd have b****-slapped all of you.

Please don't lose sight of the fact that this in an enthusiasts forum, not a car show or your local ricer parking lot. Yeah, I give people crap all the time too, but I never criticize their car beyond a friendly joke here and there (ya'll need to put your MSP wings back on kthxbai).

So what if it's not your thing, then don't be a post *****, and don't comment on it. Personally, I didn't mind it, and if that's the look he wants for his car, encourage him, don't berate him please. Especially if you're driving a car that's colored "Blazing Yellow" or "Spicy Orange. Those are the epitome of subtle colors... ;)

there is definitely a fine line between criticizing some one's car and being a jerk about it. but the old cliche "if you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything at all" is not always true. and no matter what your car looks like there are going to be people who don't like it. one must expect/accept both positive and negative comments. it's all fair game as long as you are not a douche-bag about it.

and on that note here is a repost that i did some more work on:

I wanted to but not sure if it would look right.

24A FTW :D

Do it in Photoshop and see if you like it. I would have done it to my white, but I've sold it.

She has a lovely smile. With what do you brush her teeth? :D

VERY good looking car, and awesome stats underneath to boot. I'm guessing it can handle too?

I prefer to drag race it, but it does handle like it's on rails. If I were to road course it I'd have to get a smaller turbo or put it back to all motor for the day. The SC61 on there now would be an embarrassment on a road course.

I see in your sig that you're looking for 11s. How you gonna get there? Better driving or going beyond pump gas to give you that extra .10th or so?

Just need a better launch. I just got the drags and I'm still getting used them. They're good for 1.8/1.9 60s and I've only pulled 2.0s so far (I typically do that on street tires). Seat time is the determining factor at the moment. Getting out fast is an artform with a stock g-series open diff (scratch)

I should be racing in the NSCRA event on Dec 6th at PBIR in the FWD Drag Radial class. I can still add another 3-6psi of boost if I need to, but I won't do that until race day as that's pretty risky territory on a stock block motor.
