Post The Best Pictures of Your Mazda

Well if you use the little screw points that the stockers use, they shouldn't just fall off right? My thing is matching the metal to metal colors.

edit: BTW, I mean actually making a metal piece to replace the entire cap.

Someone do me a favor? Can you do a chop on this pic? I'd like to see what my car would look like with 17" gold Rota Grids

Color matching shouldn't be much of problem, if they can make color to paint your wheels (when you get them repaired from scratch and curb marks), I suppose that the same can be applied on the caps since they're gonna be made from similar metal.

Correct me if I'm wrong.

P.S. Since you already have original ones or at least one, you can take it to a grindist (or what you call the guy which makes things from metal :)) and he should be able to make a pretty god replica.

That is an awesome shot, FB. I especially like the way the headlights light flares. It adds a nice but subtle touch to the shot, IMO.
Would factory wheels centers fit the RB's?

Technically the RB's are considered factory for the MSP, but the protege/Protege5 stock 16" center caps will not fit the RB wheels. The 16" center caps are recessed inside the wheel while the RB center caps stick out more. Then there's the size difference (circumference of the 16" center cap is smaller than the RB).

I am rolling around on 3 center caps too, I need to buy a helicoil kit and rethread the screw holes in the wheel for the center cap that won't stay on.

Ah yes, I forgot the MSP/RB caps SCREW on from behind.
Thanks for straightening me out D-Rock.

i need to buy remote triggers and umbrellas+stands asap lol

Cybersync triggers from Alien Bee and then go to Ebay for the stands. Make sure they're air cushioned. I got mine for 40 bux a piece on ebay. 10 foot stands and air cushioned.

But those pics from last night were all natural light. Long exposures. I wanna get back into the "swing of things" again. Beenr relying on my flashes too much

EDIT: to get dial down the lights so they don't look like big blobs, I used an aperture of 8.0 and a exposure of around 8-15 seconds.

They're not Racing Beat wheels. They're Racing Hart wheels. Racing Beat tuned the suspension and exhaust.
