This shot is one of those "you had to see it with your own eyes". The way the shade of he tree and bright sun mixed on the VR was amazing. I've honestly never seen a gloss so thick before. Tried to capture it with the camera but alas it's not the same.

Not sure exactly when that was. The exposure was taken with a Nikon Coolpix S50c (point n shoot) at 4s f/5.6 on 100 ISO, hand held.

But I was thinking the same thing when I saw it. My mama says fireworks are da devil.

haha yes, but in the front. One tripod leg by the gas, one on the passenger, and one on the shifter console.

Tripod and proper exposure
