Post The Best Pictures of Your Mazda

alt, I'd love to see what your car actually looks like some day... instead of what photoshop looks like.

I've posted tons of pics un-altered. Most of which are in my blog as well. http://altspacerx8.blogspot.com/ (link in my sig) ;)

You think those dents are bad Dub, you should see my roof. Two years of being pelted with hail. I could honestly care less right now. I might get the paintless dent repair sometime. It may sound goofy but I kinda want to put a black vinyl top on my car. Ya know... something different. There is a local guy who chills with C.Smock, Sumi, and our gang here who drives a Special Ed. Yellow GTI and he did the black vinyl roof overlay and it looks good, especially on bright cars like ours.

the wash

hmmm... i'd be curious to see how that looks if you decide to do it. the idea sounds kind of tacky, but i bet it could look good if it's done well.

im in the same boat about the vinyl on the roof. there are few dents and a scratch that has turned into cancer from the previous owner and doing a vinyl would be way cheap then painting it.

True this. I got a friend who does complete car vinyls for companies (well known ones too) and he can do simple graphics too. I figured a big square shouldn't be that hard to do. If I didn't have those damn hail dents.

My thoughts exactly. It's not permanent (well for the most part) and it could help prevent future hail dents if the vinyl is strong enough.

Here is the car that gave me the idea. The dude who drives this car is pretty cool. He vinyl'd the roof and the little pillars between the doors. Looks good on a bright car IMO. Of course, his is a hatch so if I did it, a CF trunklid and/or CF hood would probably set the car off really nicely.

Well I gotta get the PDR done first which will probably wait until next year after another round of hail. Then I'll claim all of them on the insurance.
