Yes & no..... I don't care if he wants to cock his camera to take his pictures; whatever makes his socks roll up and down, y'know. But when six out of six pics are tilted that extremely (even a close-up interior shot) it just makes my head hurt. Besides, when the framing of the subject detracts from the subject it kinda misses the point. Look at Nato's pic a few posts up; I think it uses the angle to enhance the subject very well. Or NotYellow's pic just above this post. He tilts just enough to make the concrete roof lines become the horizontal plane in the pic, which creates a great effect while not distracting from the subject... that, in my opinion is when a picture becomes art.
