On a really cool note it was actually something called "thunder snow". Usually snow storms are quiet but this one had thunder and lightning too. I really wish I could have gotten the car out with a good camera and taken some pics with the lightning in the background. They would have been pretty cool looking.

That was at work. I don't get to call out since people live where I work and we can't close. I couldn't have moved last night if I wanted to. I didn't get any shots this morning but they plowed every spot around me and all the snow was piled in front of my car. I'll be damned if I was going to shovel it out of the way so I plowed through it. The snow was up to my headlights. LOL

The snow was right up to the bottom of my bumper at that point in time. The next morning it was up to my headlights. I probably could have gotten it out but it was nice not to have to worry about it. I work at an independent living community so I basically got a free hotel room for the night. Not like I slept on a cot in the back room.
