i just put a 09 pro kit in my 2010 3gt, sits and rides good, 2010 springs were going to be a month or two and i couldnt wait

yeah I know they do fit, but after doing some research eibach do not recommend this and id rather do it properly if im going to drop it etc.

apparently it drops quite a bit?

I had a pro kit in my 08 also, I remember the ride being decent after the install.

just seen your pics, v nice mate ;) happy with the ride? more details on that if you dont mind.

rides a bit stiffer than stock (which is to be expected) but is still smooth and corners awesome

Oh, I'm not worried, just stating the fact that a black body against black tires/wheels helps hide the gap.
It took quite a while before getting the H&R's installed on my '04, so who am I to judge?
Really, no insult was intended by my comment, and sorry if that's the way it was taken.

these are available from corksports website (now i found it) for the 2010 model

bbrich57, all good ;)

yeah the 2010 pro-kit is $206 + $175 posted to AUS, looking into that now.. I guess most people didnt wait and chucked on the gen 1 pro-kit, wonder if the ride is the same as the 2010 spec one.

lucky the exchange rate is close atm!

so whats going to give me a better ride comfort wise H&R or Pro-K? im leaning towards the eibach because of the rep and used them previously.

The H&R's are a little rough. They have that German designed stiffness to them.
I'd go w/the Eibach's. It has often been said they have the closest to OE ride... though that is subjective.
Tein H-Tech's might be a good choice too, but they do not lower much.

New member, stock 2010 black mica for now. Plans are to stay mellow, but do a few mods.

Attached are some pics...

I would love to do intake (with TIP), Test Pipe, and a motormount...that's about the extent of my power mods.

I had an 07 MS3 in GT form...I loved it. I had the same mods on it.

Cosmetically...I'm on the fence. I'm not going all blacked out, but want to do something with the emblems badges. I have some ideas and will keep everyone posted.

I used to be on other forums, but this one seems to be the best, most mature one at the moment.

Hope to post more pics with my mods eventually....

h&r allllllllll dayyyyyyyyyy

really? i have had eibach in, a civic, a matrix, and now a mazda 3 and have so far liked all 3 sets

Have you have other brand to compare too? Ive been in the car modding game for 15-16 years now and have been through several brands. Eibach is better than a lot of brands out there, but H&R is not one of them. (as far as a daily driver goes)

i admit i have only been doing this for about half the time as you and i have only used cheap stuff other than eibach, like ractive coilovers which were horrible, and i haven't tried h&r
