possible new fmic...

I actually am doing the same thing i'm working with a tuning shop by me called Precision Tuning. They're building me a front mount that uses a perrin core with inlet and outlet on the same side. This removes almost 3ft of unneccasary pipeing. everything will finished being mocked up and it'll be installed next week. I will also have Dyno charts and pictures. No idea on a price yet but it'll def be worth it and not half as expensive as the CP-e kit

let me know how much that will run you

im in if it requires little to no modifications or trimming of sorts, but since your speaking from previous experience with them it all sounds good, and for that price it can't be beat.

AAMguy, are the SSChrome guys making this from scratch(R&D?) or are they copying another manufacturers design?

Or are they just throwing peices together and calling it a day?

DoubleSpeed, I'm looking forward to see what the shop you're working with comes up. Keep us posted.

well the suby design was a knock off of turbo xs. so i am assuming...

i know mine has been an on going effort of running various pipes bends and double checking everything. Core size was a big decision i'll grab the measurements on that but all the piping and bends are still being worked out to aviod any clearence issues and bov fitment obviously. but i'll keep you as updated as i can with the whole set up its gonna be really sweet
