Pontiac should just go away. They all look nearly identical. Also dump Buick, Lincoln, Mercury and maybe GM and Ford can survive. Get back to fewer core products that are distinctive, reliable, and perform at or near the top of their class for a reasonable price. Then maybe we'll come back.
