Ok, I polished my car before I read the forums here. Taping off, what a good idea. Anyway, got polish on some of the black plastic parts. In the past, always took a tooth brush to it, is this still the best way?

Also, been thinking of getting some of the 303 protectant for the interior, is it good at keeping the outside plastic parts dark?

Thanks for your help

Durashine clear gel FTW. Lasts all year, spot free, easy application wet/dry/sun/shade, goes on all surfaces.

You go polish or wax on your trim? A gentle tooth brush is fine. Try using alcohol and water mixed 50/50. 303 Is excellent inside and out.

Stoner Trim Shine is just that, a shine product. Won't do much good for removing wax or polish from your trim. Will hide it for a little while. Stoner makes a trim cleaner, but it is for the interior. Don't know how it would do for the exterior trim.

forgot to mention wax blaster. It is esentially the same as the ISO/water 50/50 idea. Works really well. Just make sure to clean the area after and then apply a protectant.

totally forgot... Plexus!
we used this to clean plastic at the motorcycle shop i used to work at... works amazing...
