I'm not gonna try it now, maybe later, but my guess is it'll look GREAT! I saw the thread for those rims, they are SO nice, but the stock MP3 rims are good enough for me for a long while, I'd rather do performance stuff first.

i didnt know what size you wanted so i made them match your current rims.

Holy s*** guys, that is sweet. Thank you..... man I wish I had the patience.

Its hard to tell with photoshop..... but I think the new rims will look better than the G-Games. Though the brand is less known in the aftermarket world..... the polished lip is larger, they are the right offset (no rubbing), and the 'bullets' give the rims a more aggresive look I think.

What are your votes.

both looked good. now i just need to make a decision, but this will help!

out do me will you! (what happened to that shakes fist smiley.)

Sorry I bought a new computer a few weeks back and I'm trying to get my moneys worth ahaha.

I make video games for a living so of course most of my software is graphic centric, bu I haven't had a PC at home for a few years.

So to get my moneys worth Im doing my own graphic projects at home, building a webspace, dvd authoriing, home graphics, web surfing and Battlefield 2.

All the good stuff.

Ok
I will sell them cheap (well compared to what they cost) and I have a 5th rim as a spare tire - good for showing off at car shows.

They cost just under 1250 shipped (the price has come down slightly).
I forget how much they weigh but I can pick them up with my pinky... they are at least the lightest I have owned.

I wish they were the two piece 18"... but what can you do?

There was a set of those on ebay just the ther day for $400! 19x8 +42 though.

Those wheels you were asking about look great though. I'd have to have those in 18's if I were to get them however. That lip is waaaay to big for a 17. Personal preference... I like wheels to look big.

Well if you are serious about getting mine just shoot a PM. I will put up a FS thread soon. Might just run the winters until Richie gets the new rims in.

The lip is not huge.... its a great illusion. The lip bevels in halfway down (probably for strength since the offest is larger), but it appears to go straight back looking straight on. Its a great design for a large offset if you ask me. I think they did a great job.

You can see the small lip + beveled region here. The $20 is sitting at the base of that bevel.

I meant the space between the inner and outter part is big. It makes the wheel appear smaller.

That's still a pretty good sized lip depth for a FWD wheel.

Don't get me wrong, they look great. I'd just want a bigger size.
