I just got my MSP this week but the guy took his boost gauge with him. i know you have to cut into some vaccum lines to install the gauge. He left the T connector on and the plug blew off and i need to know the factory way to hook the lines back up. My email is avisrw48@yahoo.com i can send pics to show what im talking about thanks i really need this fixed i cant engage the boost it just cuts back, thanks again as you can tell im a newbie at turbo's and MSP's

Don't have a pic but its gonna run of a nipple in the centre of the manifold with a 90 degree peice right off of that. Then it runs to a "T" and one line goes to the wga and the other to the bpv. Fairly simple so if its different then he must have made some alterations in this one line.

Lots of people run a vacuum block others run a t off the brake booster which is pretty much far back in the engine bay. Hope that helps any.

Ok thanks i tell you what ima upload a photo of mine and see if you could see exactly whats disconnected and go from there, ill post pics soon. I feel like an idoit

Ok this what Im dealing with as you can see in the pic there is at "T" in the brake line. And i took the other hoses off. I would just do trial and error but rather get it right the first time.

the red line is the brake booster an I have the intake mani fitting just recirculateing itself. but to put it to stock just use the intake mani fitting to supply wga and bpv and put straight fitting on the brake booster line.

Ahhhh I got it!!! ill send pics of the finish product, but does the setup you're using recirculating the intake manifold fitting work fine. What affect does it apply. Thanks again.

Ya it works fine. i do that because i use to use it for the boost guage but it fluterd. the brake booster line much more stable flow. there's to much going on in the mani to get a stable signal but its good for bpv and waste gate.

Hey everyone! I know this is a slightly old thread but. . . the picture is purfect for what i need

In the picture above. What are the two vaccum soleniods that are attached to the intake manifold with the gold bracket?

What are their purpose ? AND how are they properly hooked up? Currently mine are totally disconnected from vaccum.
Thanks

Maybe you have a 626 intake manifold?? they are for valves in the manifold called VICS and VITS

no its the msp manifold i think, either way; i still have those TWO soleniods in that location disconnected. the current bolts for that bracket are being used for direct port nitrous..... from the previos owner, dont ask me lol. I just need to know how to hook them up. A crude vaccum routing would be great. that also shows the input/output of the soleniods.

Thanks
