please help! need input with problem

03 mazda protege mazdaspeed.

there is some type of vibration when i rev the engine from 2.5k to 4k rpms and ot also happens when im driving so im guessing its coming from the engine. does anyone have any idea what this could be? im not very good with cars and i need some advice and help please.

Sounds like your motor mounts have gone bad. I just had to replace one of mine because the vibration was horrible...
