I use to have a big turbo speed 6 so i know these cars.
I know have a speed 3 on stock turbo with bolt ons.
my question is has anyone came up with a way to pervent stock turbo oil burning.
I know about the catch can,ptp pill,banjo bolt. 5w40 oil. Is there anyhting else you guys have found out that help or stop it from starting?
Mine dosent smoke yet but i am fully bolted on catlees down pipe so i know its just a matter of time.
Please let me what you guys know. thank you and dont be mad at me for starting another thread like this.lol.

the only other thing i can think of that's not on your list is raising your idle via hypertech or cobb ap.

Get a bnoon bolt (restricts oil flow to turbo)
Bnoon is the manufacturer's screenname on msf.

Ya i made one already.. i have already raised idel. If it smoke it smokes.lol ill just but a 30r then

I've been running a catless rp/dp for over 50,000 miles of the 65,000 miles on my '08 MS3. No smoke. I drive the piss out of the car, too. I do have idle bumped up 200 rpm and idle sits at around 900-1000 rpm on a warm engine. My guess is that with your mods, if the car was going to be one of the ones to smoke, it probably would have happened by now.

Used it, doesn't work. I have an AccessPort and the idle is bumped... worked so far for me.
