Playlists out of order after Resume Play TSB fix

I had the recent TSB for resume play for USB installed 2 weeks ago and now my playlists are out of order. Before, my playlists were in alphabetical order but now (after the fix) some are in order and some are not. Anyone else experiencing this?? Any way to fix this so that all playlists show in alphabetical order??
