woah woah a little more knowledge here boost controller is no good without at least intake and exhaust, the rest of the things you have are fine but how many psi of boost are you on. I would def recommend an exhaust if you don't have one and at least hardpipes and an upgraded side mount intercooler or fmic before going anything over like 8-9psi and with some sort of engine managament you could go for 10-12psi but remember our engines have really really weak rods so you shouldn't boost high like that also our LSD's are crap unless you have it welded. Good Luck

i say go for exhuast (at least a midpipe), then next look at your intercooler options. I'd keep it really conservative on the boost till you get EMS.... i personally am not going to put a boost controller on the car until i get EMS, because of the cars notoriously weak rods.

EXHAUST! You definitely need one. Some type of intercooler will also be a big help, FMIC or SMIC is generally up to your personal preference. And yes, some type of EMS if you're running higher boost. None are 'budget' items, really -- but unless you wanna be spending a LOT more money on replacing your engine, I suggest you splurge a bit!

Catless exhaust was the first mod for me, and it made a huge difference in pull and turbo spool. I would recommend it to anyone for bang for buck. I would check into the dsm afc, its only 390 shipped for the newest version and I believe 325 for the old version shipped; but you can find them used for cheaper often. I have read nothing but great things and plan on getting mind in Oct. if not, definately Nov.

Thanks..

With the boost controler I have it hooked up but stock boost running on it...I just might sell it..But Exhaust will be my next mod...

THanks

Sure it is, you'll still make more power with a stock exhaust and a few psi above stock.

I can agree with that.

I sell nice Thermal exhaust systems here:

And a nice, cost effective SMIC upgrade here:

beh get an electric exhaust cutout for teh cheap and make even more power while keeping things quiet when your cruising.

I hear only great things about the cutouts. Make sure its the electronic one and not a manual. I hear those are a pain in the ass.

im not super familiar with the LSD. What exactly does it do? Where is it? Why would it need to be welded?

The LSD is what sends the power to the wheels of our cars by detecting wheel spin and adjusting power accordingly. Our LSDs always s*** the bed and need to be welding just like in these pictures in order to be able to put power down to the wheels without problems.

A welded LSD can be seen with more information and can be purchased here
