Great work! That's why I have my screens in my seats, and in my passenger visor.

andy_guerriero said:Man, how do you guy afford all that crap? Any way I price it out, it's going to cost me upwards of $1500 to get a decent DVD system in the car with rear screens.
I'd like to see some breakdowns of what components everyone has and the prices.![]()
REMillers said:His car was broken into by the repair place he took it to, went to court and got over 11k for the system.![]()

Who do you trust these days?
hehe plus we have full body armor and kevlar for when he goes on range. Show up wearing those and pull that out of the trunk and the people may never come back at all!! lolI doubt they will be backto steal anything.
I thought you needed a some kind of graphics car to run DVDs?andy_guerriero said:Hm, thanks for the leads.
I have a DVD player already. I took an old 486 laptop, put a refurbished DVD-ROM in place of the swappable CD-ROM, installed Linux, and mounted it under my passenger seat.
486 laptop = $0
DVD-ROM = $30
Linux = $0
Beat that deal.![]()
