Do you cover some areas with a bog or thpe them off or anything?? Or just spray away with no tape or anything to cover electrical?

I just spray the simple green into the dry engine compartment...cold engine compartment. I wait about 3~5 minutes, depending on weather conditions...dont let it dry, but you want to wait enough for the product to do its job....then I use a soft-brissle brush to lightly scrub in between the engine parts, ie battery tie-down, headlight covers, intake manifold, etc....then I hose it down with some pressure from the garden hose, not a pressure washer like the car wash ones. In order to prevent stains, then I air dry it with compress air...now this can be difficult for some people, but I have seen it done with a leaf blower, just to remove the big water spots. Towel dry, and in order to restore some of the vibrant colors of hoses, etc, I use very little WD40 it shines them, protects them, and next time you wash, dirt just falls of them.

dam pirana, that s*** is HOT....What did you use to lower your speed..dam thats hot(did i say that already)

how much were they and where can i find them? the nology wires
The Nology wires came from JDM Sam at www.*************.com I got the MSP ones, which come with the rear mount...if you order the P5 or Sedan ones, they come with the front mount, where the distributor used to be in the 626. They are not cheap, but like Daed said, they look pimp. They are not hard to install, very easy, 30 minutes top.

my engine bay has more wires and crap in it. you engine bay looks soo simple!!
I cleaned some of the wiring so they sit lower on top of the valve cover, and also did a "L8R" reconfig on the water neck to take all of those grounds and connectors from view. I think that makes it look way better. I will eventually rewire the whole thing so no wires are visible from the top.

What did you use to lower your speed
The car is lowered in Ksports coilovers...believe me it goes about 1.5" lower if wanted to go to extremes. The good thing is that they are like the TEINs or JIC FLA2 in the matter that the body of the strut is what adjusts the height, hence the travel of the shock stays the same. It doesn get any more bouncier the lower you go.

can you get the part number for the chrome bolt caps
I really dont know the part number, I just went to their crappy chrome department and found them there, next to the red and blue ones....although they are usually out of stock. Need to keep checking.

ur engine look like u took it str8 outta ur P5
You are pretty close, the valve cover is the original one from my P5, I got it back from ELEmental who bought it from me when I sold the P5.

Where did you get that battery box
The battery holder is from eBay...just got to look for it.

Do you cover some areas with a bog or thpe them off or anything
I dont usually cover anything up, just dont use a high pressure washer...and the trick for me, is to dry it quick with an air-compressor, blow the water away from the connectors, etc.

did you bend a bracket on your license plate, or do you have one of those brackets with a spring that flips the license plate up at speeds so that it doesnt block the intercooler?

Nope...those are custom little brackets. I bend them so it looks JDMish....not really....they are bend so when Photoradar snaps a pic, cant read the number. And they are attached to the bottom of the bumper, so when I take it off, the bumper still has no holes visible.

do you have any more pics of the engine bay that are straight on views? I am trying to figure out how you did you wire tuck. I searched L8R's threads and all the pics of where he was doing his wire tuck and samco hose install are not working.
