what size piping should I have for my turbo p5, I was thinking around 2 1/2 - 2 1/4, and what is a estimate on the total length of piping I will use for it all IE intercooler piping, down pipe, exhaust ect.

I used 2 inches on the hot side and 2.5 inches after the intercooler going to the intake manifold. Lets just say you are gona need a lot of pipe. Seriously just go to your car and measure it out roughly with a tape measure. I let a muffler shop do the downpipe and add some flex to it.
I used the same sizes as spoolin. The reason for the 2" on the hot side of the intercooler is because there is no other way to get 2.5" to fit. But the cheapest place to get the tubing is www.jcwhitney.com Just remember, you need a tight radius for the throttle body area. I'm going with a silicone 90 though. You can get all your silicone couplings from www.bakerprecision.com
Man I wish someone was there to point out all the sites to get this stuff when I was looking. I just found the site to get the couplings. If you don't care about looks, you can get some rubber pipe couplings at home depot or lowes.
