^ Which Best Buy do you work at?

By the way, i have the Pioneer 6x8's in the P5 also, along with the Pioneer Premier 6.5's in the rear and they sound great.......get some subs!!!

You should try stopping by my job............Fry's Electronics, better prices (evil) (rockon)
I work at the Conroe one.

Fry's > Best Buy

Which Fry's you at? Northside? If so I live like 5 minutes from it on veterans memorial.

I really don't want to get subs...they take up too much space. Is there anyway to get some nice bass out of regular speakers?

get a good component set with a good amp, you can get a little bass from them...obviously nothing as much as a good sub setup but i don't feel that is what you are lookin for anyhow..

I think I'm going to take the Pioneers back and get the kenwood 6 x 8's. The pioneers crackle too. I'll rewire them one more time while i'm taking them out, maybe i just did something stupid. Car audio is retarded cheap for me, but im kinda broke...

Check to be sure that one of the speaker wires aren't touching ground somewhere. That can cause this. Also, a blown mid does this now and again. I have seen a similar occurance in subs that have poorly soldered tinsle leads. They have a very high resistance which hinders the amps power output. If you can, test the speakers leads with a multimeter.
